I had my first experience at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico, and it was mostly positive! The resort was stunning, the staff were incredibly kind, and the service was top-notch. However, there were some hiccups with dining reservations when traveling with a larger group, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I'd say it's a lovely place to unwind, but some aspects could use improvement.

I recently stayed at the Barcelo Maya Tropical and had an amazing time with my family. The beach was absolutely stunning and the staff were really attentive, especially in the restaurants. I did have a few issues with the room and the ice cream machines not being available until noon. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, but some improvements could definitely be made in service timing and room safety for young children.
